|Dunamis Organization Services, in association with Teleos and The KNOW Network, has announced the Winners of the fourth annual Indonesian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises (MAKE) study.
Dunamis announced and recognized the 2008 Indonesian MAKE Winners at a gala Indonesian MAKE Awards ceremony in Jakarta on July 15, 2008.
The 2008 Indonesian MAKE Winners are:
1. Astra International (Diversified Manufacturing)
13. LOWE Indonesia (Advertising)
14. PLN – Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Utilities)
15. Indonesia Power (Utilities)
The Indonesian MAKE study is an established benchmark which recognizes Indonesia’s leading organizations for their ability to leverage enterprise knowledge to deliver superior performance in the areas of innovation, operational effectiveness and excellence in products and services.
A blue-ribbon panel of Indonesian business leaders and knowledge management experts selected the 2008 Indonesian MAKE Winners based on submissions of their Company Knowledge Profiles. A specially-trained team from Dunamis verified the submitted information and followed up by interviews with representatives from each Finalist. An Independent Panel reviewed the results to verify and validate the scoring.
The 2008 Indonesian MAKE expert panel ranked the companies against the MAKE framework of eight key knowledge performance dimensions that are the visible drivers of competitive advantage:

A total of 94 Indonesian organizations were nominated for the 2008 Indonesian MAKE Award. From this group of nominees, 18 organizations were recognized as 2008 Indonesian MAKE Finalists.
For the first time, Astra International has been named the overall Winner in the Indonesian MAKE study. Astra International is a diversified business group operating in fields of automotive, financial services, heavy equipment, agribusiness, information technology, and infrastructure. The top three Indonesian MAKE Winners – Astra International, XL and Telkom Indonesia – automatically become Finalists in the 2008 Asian MAKE study. The Winners of the 2008 Asian MAKE study will be announced on October 15, 2008, at the World Knowledge Forum in Seoul, South Korea.
